PCB線路長120mm的差分線路在速率622M時能够正常工作,當跑到1.25G的速率時數據出错,請問這是線路的阻抗配匹有問题嗎?如果是該如何解决?

波長=光速/頻率 所以當頻率=622MHz時, 波長=3x108/622MHz=0.4823m=482.3mm 在此時波長482.3mm大於你的PCB線路長120mm 所以比較沒問題, 但當頻率=1.25G時, 波長=3x108/1.25GHz=0.2m4=240mm 此時波長已經是你PCB線路長的1/2, 你想想,當電路開始動作的一瞬間, PCB線路的最頭端,和PCB線路的最末端的信號差已經差了90o 而且如果你的信號又是兩條平行的差動信號, 這一去一回的結果,再加上互相藕合的效應, 這信號就有可能會產生錯誤,這應該不是匹不匹配可以解決的事, 而是要回歸最原始的設計,很簡單, 要不PCB線路縮短,要不降低頻率, 不然就看有沒有高手肯分享經驗了. 2007-10-20 22:50:42 補充： 更正信號差為180
